Service Description

Welcome to Algebra 1 with ABLE! Here, we'll dive into using math to solve more complex, real-life situations using linear, quadratic, exponential, or multi-step equations. We also dive into solving systems of equations and inequalities. This class is structured to provide kids with assignments throughout the week that prepare them for class on Fridays. Students view engaging videos and complete practice problems with immediate feedback. In class, we review the material together and apply what we've learned to accomplish various objectives. Students are provided with a physical and digital copy of the curriculum (from All Things Algebra), and they have access to answer keys, definition tables, virtual office hours, and detailed videos if they need help beyond the 1.5 hours of class instruction. Online lectures are fun, interactive, and informative, and parent feedback is provided weekly. All homework assignments and assessments are graded by the teacher!
